The Sky is loving and emotional with the Moon at her home – Cancer – and Venus also travelling the nurturer sign of Cancer. Today, August 18, 2017 – The Moon is enjoying having a chat with Mercury in Virgo Rx – analysing with patience options or ideas that might come up!! The Moon forms a soft harmony with Mercury Rx during the day helping us to have a quiet and relaxed day. We can enjoy a nice evening cooking something special tonight feeling cosy at home with close friends and family! I am planning to make a delicious paella with a red wine to have a nice sleep in the arms of Neptune in Pisces loving the Moon in Cancer!!!
In the early morning of August 19, 2017 make sure you watch the sky to see the slice of the Moon with Venus!!!
Enjoy this Friday that offers a break within so much happening in our sky with Mercury Retrograde in Virgo and the upcoming Solar Eclipse. Here is my Paella Recipe for you to do the same!!!
SEAFOOD PAELLA – serves 4
24 prawns fresh
300 gr of white firm fish (eg. snapper or hake)
100 gr chorizo sausages sliced thinly
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium brown onion sliced thinly
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 red capsicum sliced thinly
2 cups of Arborio Rice – 400 g (Calasparra is the best, it comes in a cloth bag)
A couple of Saffron m threads
3 tomatoes (cut up)
1 cup of peas (it can be frozen)
2 cups of stock Made with the shells of your Prawns. (Peal the prawns and put the shells aside in a bowl with water to make the stock).
Heat the oil in large non-stick frying pan; cook chorizo, onion and garlic, stirring until onion softens.
Add rice, capsicum and saffron. Cook stirring for a minute. Pour the stock and tomatoes; bring to boil. Then reduce heat; simmer and cover
Place peas, prawns and fish in frying pan; cook and cover and when the rice is ready I like to sever it separated so the fish does not get destroyed as you can see in the photo. Voila!!! With a glass of wine or sangria.
